Matt has worked over 25 years experience in media—Publishing, Writing, and Film.
In Publishing beyond the word, he has held positions from copy editor to production manager, to data manager, to management professional for publishers/nonprofits, publishing suppliers, and education companies.
With the words themselves, Matt is a published columnist, abridger for NYT best sellers, nonfiction author and ghost writer, poet for children’s publications, as well as a writer of fiction (primarily unpublished); he has over a decade working as both a content and acquisitions editor.
He also was an Assistant Director and member of the Directors Guild of America, working on major motion pictures, television series and movies, and commercials. While he incorporates this experience in his other work and assists with consulting in these areas, ihe does not currently work on major productions
